We are lucky to have a helpful little boy in our house. I just hope it sticks! Anyhow, he has little things that he likes to help out with around the house. His favourite thing to do is to feed Tigger. He gets his food dish and hands it to Daddy or I to fill it with cat food and then he puts it in the food holder. He’s very good at balancing it to make sure he doesn’t spill any too!
His other thing that he does all the time is to put the soap in the dishwasher and close the door after it is full of dirty dishes. He gets to help unload too by putting the silverware in the drawer for us. No particular order, he just dumps them into the drawer for us :).
So because he is so helpful it should have came as no surprise to us when he wanted to help out with this task on the weekend:
He took the vacuum away from Randy and took over cleaning up some poppy seeds that had spilled in the pantry. He kept going and vacuumed down the hall and around the corner. He did a good job too!
I swear it is not sweat shop labour, he volunteers!!! And darn tooting I’m going to take it because there will come a time when he doesn’t want to help out! But seriously though, isn’t he just cute?!?
