~Quiet Sunday at Home~

Since we spent yesterday cleaning the house top to bottom and running errands we decided to have a nice quiet day at home today. We made a quick run to Costco to pick up a few things and other then that we are just chillaxing. I picked up this book from the library yesterday that I had requested so I'm about to sit down and read it in a bit.

I read a bit before bed last night and it looks like it will be a good read. Same ole financial stuff but from everyday women. Canadian ones to boot! So I'll be sure to post a review when I'm done.

I'm looking for some book suggestions to request from the library so if you've read a good one lately let me know!

Having roast beef and roasted root veggies for supper tonight and massive Turkey feast at Mary's house tomorrow. We were going to go take our family pics today because it is nice out but I'm not feeling 100% so we decided to just stay in. I've got to make a Dr appt this week and go to see him, my blood pressure has been all over the map for the last couple of weeks.

There is news for out little guy too! He is now sporting a pearly white! He worked so hard to get that sucker through and now its here!!! He's also been having a nightime snack of some rice cereal for the last week and he just loves it still. He did teach himself how to blow out and try to talk right after you put the spoon in his mouth of course though! He's almost sitting up and is trying hard to figure out how to get moving. Right now he just rolls everywhere but it won't be long until he gets the hang of crawling I'm guessing. We have his 6 month check up with the neonatologist in a week and a half. I'm guessing that he'll have an ultrasound and a barium dye test done but I don't know yet. Thankfully this whole appt is done in town here...it's too far to go to Edmonton and we can't afford for Randy to take the time off work.

Anyhow time to check on supper. I will try to get some pics on the blog tomorrow before we head over to Marys' house. Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving!
