~Going away for a few~

So we are heading home for about a week to do some work on our Mommy's houses for them before winer hits. I'll have internet at my Moms house and probably some dial up at Randy's Moms but I ain't promising to blog! Sorry I haven't been on here lately, I've been busy with other things and it has slid to the back burner.

When we get back from home Randy will be heading out for almost a week to Fairview to do a reno job and I'm babysitting Cole all week. So hopefully the weather cooperates and we can spend some time at the park or something to help him burn off some of his energy! Too bad Ethan is too little to play with him...soon I guess.

My little man is up at 14lbs now and he's got to be as tall as me already I'm certain! He is chattering up a storm these days and I suspect is getting his first tooth right now. He's kind of like a St Bernard these days...you know, the drool! So far he's mostly happy to just chew on his fists but I've got teething rings and cold faceclothes at the ready!

I'll be celebrating my birthday while we're gone...the big 3-0! Crazy! Anyhow, I'm hoping that we get a chance to go to Hanna and see Melissa and her family and I can spend it with them. That would be nice. My Mom is in Calgary the whole time we are down so she won't even see us. But it works out good because then I can paint in her house without it bothering her. I'm still waiting for helpers...haven't heard much from that department...Actually I'm not too worried about helping me, just need someone to go there and help Mom put away the salt & peppers once we're done because she won't be able to reach the top shelf. You girls around home can figure that one out between you. I heard that Shirley volunteered to help...someone call her!

Anyhow, I'll throw a couple of pics on here that I don't think I've shared. The camera hasn't come out once this week so nothing is really that new. Guess I'll have to get lots of pics with Grandma Grounds this week to make up for it!
