So it's the day of love today...set aside money for flowers, chocolates, cards etc... Me? Personally I like flowers to be impulsively given for no reason. Does that happen to me very often? No...but...when it does I'm so happy and feel so loved that it works for me. Now does that mean I don't want flowers today? No, just that like any other day I don't expect them. I told Randy that if he wanted to get me flowers, the tulips at the store looked lovely and would brighten up the house. Never was a rose girl, LOVE Gerbers in pink and white, love tulips too!
Not so sure that any of that makes sense but hey...it's my blog and up for my interpration. Spelling is also optional today, I am still not feeling well.
Making a yummy supper for us tonight though. Sirloin tips with peppers, twice baked potatoes, and roasted asparagus. Some yummy Cran-Raspberry juice for me, a maybe a nice red wine for Randy. We've had cake twice today at work (birthday party at the shop and then at the office) so I'm skipping making dessert. May have to have some more of that Ice Cream I posted about yesterday. It's super yummy!
I haven't made Randy a card yet, might whip one up while making supper tonight...we'll see. Sounds like a fun Valentine's Day at Chantel's house today! She made little baggies for everyone that they will get beside their plate at dinner tonight! Wish I was that organized! Hope they love them!
