~Day from Hell...~

So I've officially had about 3 hrs sleep last night after learning that we are being laid off work and evicted in 7 days. Yup...7 freaking days!!! So needless to say we don't really know what to do or where to turn. Randy's boss is blown away by this too and so he doesn't really have any work lined up for Randy yet...so he has to find a new job for a bit. My job is still here...but I have no place to live and Randy is out of a job. Kind of a catch 22 eh? So I will be leaving with him next week to go to Grande Prairie. That is as far as we have planned. I'm just praying that this doesn't f&$%^ up my maternity benefits but I think I'm going to call today about a job there. I can still work for a couple of months and I think I may be able to convince him of it. I'll update on that later.

So we just finished unpacking and now we have to hurriedly pack again to move...to where we don't know! I've got an email in with Boardwalk to see what they have available and I'll call NPR there to see what kind of deal the regional manager will give me. At least this time there are places to rent in GP, last time we ended up there in a bind like this there wasn't even anywhere to live! We do still have our RV there and worst case scenerio we move into it. But I don't think that will happen. It just seriously sucks that we were starting to get ahead again only to be slapped down again. Life seriously sucks sometimes.

Anyhow, if you are the praying kind, send up a prayer for us. We could use it.
