~Work...Grumble, Grumble....~

Not alot of fun today at work. Oh my goodness was it every a gong show!!! May I point out to all you, friends and family, that when you go out shopping it doesn`t mean that the people working there are there to wait on you hand and foot!!! I know my job is customer service but if you are banging on the counter when I`m busy with someone else and yelling `Hey you, get over here, HEY,HEY,HEY!!!` Do NOT expect me to be polite to you!!! Next time I will tell you to get the hell out and take your business elsewhere. Yes, that was my day today... I won`t even go into how the color brown gets into this problem but if you are close to me and the ongoing problem the lights will go on immediatly! Oh and yes I know that the store looks empty, you don`t need to remind me and act like it is personally my fault. Unfortunalty I was nice enough to mark the prices down tremendously so that you could buy yourself some cheap clothes. Of course I understand why you had to feel the need to negotiate the price with me and insist that it should be 70% off! I did put up the sign that had 70% off on it, of course I read the big black print above the 70% off that said Ùp to`which would imply that they are already marked, which of course they were because I came in at the bald crack of dawn to do that for you. It kind of pisses me off that today is Canada Day, a day to celebrate the nation that gives us the freedom to live our life the way we want to. But you who are new to our country are out shopping and filling the malls and creating business which just means that some people, like myself, who would have loved to go out with my family and enjoy the national holiday were stuck working in a busines because you were spending your money there. Yeah that stinks. It sure adds fire to my day.

So vent over. I`m not entirely confident that it even makes sense but it sure felt good typing it. I need to not work with people, that is starting to become more obvious to me more now than ever. I think it is almost time to ask for a transfer out of this stupid mall store and into a store with real customers who are there because they choose to, not because they are bored and window shopping. I want a STREET STORE!!!

Randy is working late tonight so I don`t think we`ll be seeing any fireworks even. Sucky Canada Day at our house. But that`s okay. I need to clean up around here, have a bath, give myself a pedicure and then call it a night. I have two more days until I have two days off and I need them!!!
