So for around 3 months I’ve been working on a mail organizer that I saw online on some blog while ago…yup 3 months! I did my part within a month and it took Randy 2 months to uphold his end of the deal! It actually is not done yet; I’m waiting for my Silhouette so I can cut some vinyl to dress it up, plus I’m going to put a picture on the wall above it.
It cost a whopping maybe $10 to make! I bought the piece of pine from Home Depot for around $6, oops paint for $1, and then screws for like a few cents. The metal mail holders were free, Randy made them at work from scrap metal in the shop. I love it now just as it is but I can’t wait to dress it up a bit!
What do you think? I’m thinking of putting a knob on the bottom also that I can hang my purse on. It is right by my back entrance so it would be a good spot for my purse and it ends up sitting on the floor near here most nights anyhow so it might be the place…
