I looked all summer at garage sales and on Kijjii for a Discovery Toy Giant Pegboard for Ethan. He had played with one at our Speech Group and I felt that it was a great, educational toy that would teach him a great deal about shapes, colors, counting and much more. I finally found one through a Grande Prairie Facebook page. I got it from a lady who is a director at our local Parent Link Centre. So not only did I get the toy for Ethan but I also got a tour and an introduction to our Parent Link centre and all it has to offer us. I can’t wait until we can go there and play!!!
For now, he has the toy and it is just so much fun to stack them up and make them fall down!
