I'm home again from Calgary. What a quick trip to our old stomping grounds. It was a fun trip, I got to see my Mommy, my friend Jess and a couple of girls I worked with at Reitmans. I did a little shopping, ate at a couple of favorite restaurants, and had some good laughs. No pictures but I did pick up another pair of shoes, some lights from Ikea, and some cool nicknacks for my house. Ethan got his gift from my friend Jess, a bug lamp for his wall from Ikea.
The training was nothing I couldn't have learned in an email but it was really nice to meet the people that I work for. It made me appreciate the job a lot more. I don't know if it will be around next year (the job that is) but I think that based on the changes that have been made I may continue on with it for another year after this one. It's hard to say.
Anyhow, I work tonight 5-10pm so I need to get ready to go. I have an Epicure/Tupperware party on Friday night that I will need to get ready for tomorrow night. My house is a bit of a mess from the rushing around in the last two weeks! Next day off is Monday and I'm headed to High Prairie!
