~On the Road!~

So I'm off this morning to my Mommy's house for a week. I'm so excited I could pee myself! While Ethan and I will miss Randy I'm sure that the break will do us both some good. It is going to be so fun at Moms with everyone home for the wedding, I'm really looking forward to taking lots of pictures while I am there. Let's hope I don't forget the camera eh?

I have happy news to report about Ethan! He is sleeping for like 7 hours a night! I'm soooo excited about this and crossing my fingers it is here to stay. He's been doing anywhere from a 5 to 7 hour sleep for the last week. Not always while I am sleeping but I just need to work his schedule a bit to get it to line up and I'm sailing! It's not that I mind getting up with him but lets face it...who really wants to do that forever?!? The things that I do in my sleep while feeding him are scary!!!

I took a whackload of pictures of him this week but of course I haven't loaded them to the oomputer yet...and won't be for a few days! But I've got a secret to tell you about them...they are total proof that my kid is freaking adorable!!! Gerber baby look out!!! Anyhow, lots of you will get to see that for your own eyes in the next few days.

I'm also looking forward to seeing my best buddy Melissa while I am home. She's coming up for the weekend with her kiddos for a quickie visit. Plus my friend Mike (the awesome one that we stayed with while Ethan was in the hospital) is coming back up to Grande Prairie with me to visit for a few days...well actually I'm coming here with him, he's driving us home...but you know what I mean.

Anyhow it's now 6am and I'm so excited about leaving that I've been up since 4am...needless to say I need to brew me some strong Starbucks and get shaking...we leave at 7:30am!!!
