~Getting Settled in...~

Well I've been promising pictures and promising to show our new home but haven't made the time. Finally I did. I took pictures the other day of the house so I can share. Now we don't have half our furniture so it looks a little sparse but oh well. If someone has access to a truck that could help us go get our stuff we would be in a better place then we are... Anyhow here are some pics!











We moved the crib into our bedroom today. That's where it will be for a few months while baby and I are spending lots of time together feeding. The master bedroom is huge so it fits perfectly in the corner on my side of the bed. Love, love, love my walk-in closet! I know it looks messy but there is an order to it all! I don't have a dresser right now so I have a lot of things just folded on the shelves themselves. Plus I am short hangers for my pre-pregnancy pants so I need to beg some from Kim at Reitmans.

We have quite a large area in the basement as well that I didn't take pics of (I'll be honest, I was too lazy to go down the stairs) It is a mess down there right now of stuff that we need to go through and unpack and organize. It's mostly Randy's crap so I'm not getting involved in it too much. Other then that, I will take a pic of the outside of the house when a)there is no snow on the ground, b)the dog poop on the lawn has been cleaned up, and c)we have a chance to rake and put out some flowers and pretty stuff. It's pretty blah out there right now! Oh and I didn't take pics of my scrapping/spare bedroom...its a war zone...not kidding. I haven't found the energy to do it yet. It's getting there but for now the door is closed on that problem. I have a few more days till I have company anyhow. Mom should be here first of May!!! Anyhow, there is our new humble abode...we like to call it home!
