~BOOO to Blueman Group...~

So after months of waiting we went to see Blueman Group perform tonight. It was aweful. The worst event I've ever seen. I feel like writing them and asking for my money back. The whole show was like the worst Karoake you've ever seen with 3 guys covered in Blue Paint occasionaly doing something interesting. Most of the time they just stood there and looked out into the audience. There were only about 2 parts that actually interested us. Then to add icing to the cake some idiot behind us decided that they should smoke a joint while the show was on. Yep, right there in the stands. They're lucky they weren't near us because I'm sure we would have thrown them down the stairs. I can't believe that whoever was sitting beside them didn't say anything. I thought I was going to die! That shit is aweful and stinks to high heaven. Every time I catch a whiff I end up with a rotten stomach ache and the beginnings of a migraine headache. So not only was the show shit but I felt like shit too.

So the long and short is, don't waste your money going to see this show. I feel sorry because my sister Mary is planning on taking my Mom to see it in Grande Prairie next week. For one, the music and lights will probably kill her but it isn't at all like they lead you to believe in previews. It's basically the worst rock concert you've ever been to before. There were people walking out in droves throughout the whole show. We left before it was done as well. I just couldn't take it all anymore.

But all in all for all the shows we've been to, this is the only one that has been a dud. So at least we are lucky in that respect.

Randy leaves for work tomorrow for a month. Waahhh. I've decided to take a run to Edmonton next weekend to visit with everyone. I'll stay with Mike. I'm looking forward to vegging out at his house on Friday night. So make no plans Mike! I just want to put on my PJ's, maybe rent some movies, eat crap food and veg out! So I hope you can accomodate! LOL! Then on Sat I'll try to meet with Curtis for breakfast and then spend the evening at Chantel & Cory's house. Then back home on Sunday probably.
