~I stayed up too late last night...~

I decided to start and almost finish redoing my laptop last night. Whew is that alot of work! There have been a few thousand updates to all my software programs since I purchased my laptop. That is where it is reset to after the wipe out, factory settings. I forgot how much of a PITA it was to get all the proper versions, update Windows, put on messenger and all my favorite programs... But in the end it will all be worth it! I'll have a nice, clean laptop to play on!

Speaking of playing, here is a prelim shot of my address book. I've just made the book, haven't embellished or anything yet at this point. I used the new Fancy Pants paper I got in the mail the other day. For the address pages I used a template from the internet and then just scaled it down to the size I needed, changed the font, played with some color and voila! I have my inner pages! I still don't know how I'll attach them. I'm going to attach them to folded Bazill paper and probably use some type of fiber or jump ring to attach them to the book cover. I don't know yet, I'll have to dig through my stash and see what I find.



This is the birthday card I sent off to Joelle last week. Her birthday was on June 29th! I hope she enjoyed it! It was a fun card to make!

Just a shot of me messing around with Jess's digi camera! I very rarely get pics of me, I'm usually behind the camera so it was nice to be able to extend my arm and get my own little photo shoot!

Considering that I had the flu while I was taking these, I think I was looking pretty good!

So that's my little version of life today. Just organizing, cleaning and playing all day! I can't leave the house till my filing cabinet gets delivered and it's coming between 9 and 5. Nice eh? Screw with my whole day if they don't come till later! But it doesn't really matter anyhow, I wasn't planning on leaving anyways! Take it easy everyone! I am, I go back to work again tomorrow to busy weekend business. But the countdown begins for July 17 when I take almost a week off to visit and play! 12 more days!!!
